Thank you for supporting Smoke Sum Podcast! All of our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through a trusted print-on-demand partner. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All items are made to order and processed within 2–7 business days before being shipped.
Processing times may vary slightly depending on product type and seasonal demand.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment):
- U.S. Orders: 5–8 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Locations

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at smokesumpodcast4@gmail.com to confirm availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the order leaves the fulfillment center.

Multiple Packages

Because items may ship from different locations, you might receive your order in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

Check your address, mailbox, porch, or with neighbors
Contact your local postal carrier
If the issue persists, email us at smokesumpodcast4@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but please note that once an order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
