Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Smoke Sum Podcast and our merchandise. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

  • Final Sale: We do not accept returns on sale items or digital products.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at smokesumpodcast4@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.

  3. Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Exchanges

If you need a different item, the quickest method is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance merchandise

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged


European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in unused, original condition with tags and packaging.
